My view is that if someone doesn't understand how to invest then don't do it. I mean, if you don't understand the difference between an option, a CLN and a warrant, why bother? There is still risk here but we are getting closer day by day.

That link to Spartan and Trio was because Elephant has the same set of advisers as Trio and the trolls were saying that Spartan couldn't get deals away. Well they have: that Twitter post from Friday was confirming that Trio is done. Pricing should be today and trading tomorrow. Elephant next.

I have no options. I have CLNs, shares and warrants. An option is not a CLN.

CLN stands for Convertible Loan Note: at the end of the term the company either pays me back or I convert. I can convert whenever I want within the term. If at the end of the term the price is below, 0.6p, I can take repayment at par plus the rolled up interest and buy in the market.

If the company doesn't want to repay or can't repay then it needs to negotiate new terms.

The warrants are separate from the CLNs with a different term and a different exercise price.

What happens to RRR has no effect on ALR. We have funded ALR to go into production (which should be pretty soon).

The CLNs are not due for repayment till late July: before then we should have news on Victoria and its IPO, news on the start of production in Zim, something on Kenya and a result in DRC. I am not stressed, why are you?

The fact is, as you have confirmed, is that Spartan can get IPOs away and has done so recently. Why, how or under what circumstances is not relevant for Elephant's purposes. Elephant has engaged with Spartan to fill the book and complete the listing. All that matters is that it lists. All the other stuff you come up with is irrelevant. Either Spartan gets the listing away or it doesn't. We will see in the next couple of weeks or so (I expect).

I know a little more than you about the process and where we are up to. I know exactly what happened last time around. I am pretty sure that this will get listed but, as always, until it is done, it ain't done.

If the IPOs that Spartan had done over the last two years were so bad they wouldn't be able to get IPOs away now but I have just given you three recent ones, a fourth about to go and the Elephant one. You accused me of cherry picking because they were "recent"; completely ignoring the fact that they were recent meant that Spartan has current placing capacity.
