I thought that all the tin at Tin Hill had been extracted but that seems not to be quite true. It seem that not all of it was extracted and that there is a residual amount.

I remember seeing posts from you when you were ramping RRR all those years ago (yep I did look) where you admitted you had no idea what you were doing but it was exciting. Maybe you should done a bit of training both then and more recently.

A lot is going on and things are moving in the right direction. I did tell you all on here months back that ALR would worth a lot of money in due course but RRR has other irons in the fire as well. IMHO ALR alone is worth a multiple of the current RRR MC.

As to the comments that I will do well out of ALR but that RRR won't. It is not possible for me to do well without RRR doing better. There are only two ways to benefit from ALR as an investor, sell the shares or collect the dividends. I don't want it listed and so the shares will not be getting sold. The other way is dividends, which can be monthly: if I get $100k, RRR gets $460k ish.

I expect in due course that RRR will bill ALR for AB's time and Ali's time spent on ALR matters.

Fingers crossed but really we are past that stage.

That $320k is mine and two other guys' money. RRR owns less than it did because ALR raised money by issuing shares. You know when all the trolls were saying it was all madey-uppy and that nothing would happen and that it was valueless?

I know it is hard for you to believe but ALR has two licences both with good grades and a decent resource plus 3 other licences waiting to be issued.

things don't work like that. Who is going to just pay $2mil for 10%? It isn't a private investor and why would a corporate want to have 10% in an unlisted company where they have no control?

The monthly distributions from ALR to RRR would be in excess of $2mil in a couple of months. It would be madness to sell now.

To be fair to AB the delay is not his fault. ALR and AB have had to deal with people trying to nick the asset and it has delayed things whilst it gets sorted.

Look at Prospect Resources and Premier African the value of what they have in the ground is not reflected in any deal, in my view.

Selling would take months.

I doubt that the offer for ALR would be much over $50mil and I would say no at that price.

That is not a picture of the stockpile. I know you want me to say how much is in the stockpile and the grade but you will just have to wait.

AB says 5k per month not 10k. They have to start somewhere and then get going. Then they can step up once things are working well.

As AB said the plan is to mine the top 10 metres, generate some cashflow and then do some drilling.

1. selling it is a no go. The price would be so heavily discounted as to make selling unattractive compared to just digging up the spodumene and selling it and then distributing the income.

2. AB has already said the target is 5,000 tonnes pm: the price is $200/$250 per tonne. Just multiply it out.

3. If we can take the grade to 3% it can be exported and the price is $1,000/$1,500 per tonne. Same, just multiply it out.

4. Once the first site is operating ok, we can do the second site.

5. Assuming everything works out ok, ALR should be distributing vastly more than RRR needs for its other operations.

The answer is no, it is ALR's licence not RRR's. RRR has about 46% of ALR.

From that you can take it that ALR is on site.
