Everyone should know back in 2020 Duke insisted constantly for months that RRR had the licences taken away from it. It was non-stop. I explained to him that he didn't understand the process, all to no avail.

He prattled on endlessly and then stated that he was so certain that RRR would not get its licences reissued that he would pay £1,000 to a charity of my choice if they did. I nominated Christie's in Manchester. He has never paid that money over and shortly after the award he disappeared from LSE stating he needed a break because of "mental issues".

The delay in the renewal of its licences in 2020 was that the Mining Law changed in 2016 and although the licences should have been renewed under the old code, in 2020 that was no longer possible. RRR was instead issued new licences under the 2016 code.

The licences are currently going through a renewal process. Those licences remain RRR's licences. The renewal process is just that a renewal process, it is not about whether RRR has the licences or not. As part of the renewal process RRR will have to give up some of the acreage and submit its development plans. It is still in the renewal process. The renewal process is a legal process and has to abide by the laws of Kenya.

Just so everyone knows. RRR has two JORCs in Kenya: one for the Macalder Tailings and mine and one for Migori. This is what Grok reckons: "Macalder tailings could be valued separately higher (e.g., $20–50M standalone if lease granted and scoping economics hold), with the main Mikei resource at $50–110M."

We will get an update when the renewal process is complete. The price of gold, silver and copper is working in our favour.

So you know, it is now Halo Minerals. The listing document should be out shortly and in the public domain. Copper and gold. The CPR should be out shortly, NPV $167m not including more material on the beach. $4,300 gold and $5.15 copper. Given the recent price movement, NPV will be north of $200mil and when the other material is added in $500mil. Remember when you having one of your jealous fits and were accusing me of being a liar and a Walter Mitty?

Target listing date, 9th March. I know you will be keeping your fingers crossed for me.

Yes have you read your posting history? Particularly the one where you said you had made money trading RRR shares more than once and that you were waiting for another buy in opportunity? All whilst at the same time claiming no one had ever made money on RRR.

IMHO the explanation for your pathetic attempts to run RRR down.
