Sock Puppet, we all know you struggle with facts and information. Unlike you and the VI, I don't sit here endlessly speculating. The facts are that it doesn't take two months to complete that drill programme and they say the anomaly is large.

The reason RRR is interested is because of the 200,000 Soma warrants. I don't know what they have found, if they have found anything at all. Perhaps you can ring Soma and let us all know the response?

Nowhere did I comment on copper production or timing.

Soma has been a gold and silver production company with no history of copper production. Elsewhere companies have a history of copper and gold production. I am in two pre-IPO's that have copper and gold. Look at the Macalder mine, that had copper, silver and gold.

So with no history of owning copper assets or copper production, Soma is now posting about the copper market.

Soma started drilling its copper anomaly on 23rd December 2025. Either it is a very big anomaly with a lot of drilling or something else has been going on.

IMHO there are several drivers in the pipeline for the Soma SP. We are also due several bits of news. The AR for 2025 will be out soon, it won't look so good because of the strike. Soma will need to produce some good news elsewhere to counteract the AR.

Very interesting! Soma started drilling its copper anomaly on 23rd December and it is now posting about copper. Makes me think that they have found something. I have been saying news is due and an update on the copper drilling programme is one of the news items. Maybe they are nearly ready to say something?

No you misunderstand.

The raise is for the G&A. The CAPEX is $87m. Central Asia sold because they have bigger fish to fry and they got turned down for the EIA. The EIA has subsequently been issued.

Anyway read the IPO document when it is out and the CPR.

I see the medication needs revisiting.

The plan here is that it raises £3.8/£4.00mil now, which is done (I understand). That funds it to start of production, assuming it signs the intended offtake agreements for the CAPEX.

If the above happens then a raise would only occur either because it is late into production and/or it is taking on new assets (assuming the price of gold/copper don't completely collapse).

The Charles Archer report is pretty detailed and the IPO document should be out shortly.

The CPR says $167mil NPV8. Raising at £15mil pre-money, post-money is £19mil.

And you should always do your own research (DYOR) regardless of what anyone says.
