What dilution? Where is the RNS that RRR has issued shares? Answer for Foggie.... No dilution has occurred. It may be that RRR will issue shares in the future but you don't know that it will and neither do I.

The resolution to issue 800mil shares was voted down. If you had any shares you could have voted against it too

So that sale went through yesterday but Foggie reckons the sell was a result of the AGM today! I must be missing something.

We also ended blue! A more likely explanation is that someone sold to front run the AGM result and will be buying back in due course.

Anyway, I was happy with how the AGM went. Strange how the GSs with so much to say weren't there.
