This will allow the Board to allot equity securities without recourse to the shareholders so that it can move quickly from time to time as it deems appropriate. Stops the issue of new shares without Shareholder agreement which delays negotiations but most deals are done subject to so does not really affect anything.

Another 250 BOPD instantly, great news and with the team on board maybe 500 by year end, what a great deal, outstanding, and investors are not stupid , this will be digested and slowly the sp will rise to 8.1p as Lind are also confident, otherwise they would not of done a deal, roll on 8-10p very soon

Not so sure the deal has been properly digested yet, next weeks rise will tell for sure, looks a very very good deal to me, hope for an interview with LK to give the deal more exposure to investors next week

One thing I have learnt in my very short time in this game is to spread my investments and I now have 23 companies spread between top 100 and AIM, to be honest AIM is play money to be won or lost, however have learnt that you can make a killing if u get it right
