And considering all the projects that Wood are wining and the internal restructure happening, Wood will be very dangerous rival for Sidara to have

At this point the major institutions will just want their money back, easy takeover for Sidara now

Yeah the accounting "errors" that have got us here are clearly the work of some devious staff, however most likely it will be isolated to a select department, and now they will put in very robust policies to stop such a situation going forward. Considering everything this is very good for Sidara, they are getting the talent they want and at the same time they are getting a company with the skeletons cleared out.

The rally will start hard, and now the world knows to decouple from the US it makes the case for Sidara taking over Wood even better

One thing for seems to be happening the world is waking up and realising that being US focused is too many eggs in one basket.

I see this all play into Sidara hands and push the game into their hands.
