Yes I am saying that, in this current market the idea of fundamentals no longer applies, but market mechanics can be used to make make, hence buy funds will buy now and sell to shorts

The freefloat is mostly private investors, the only way that the shorts Marshall Wallace got to close some of their positions last week was because of selling from 91 and M Partners.

However the funds would have also realised this, and now they know they just need to buy tomorrow morning and sell at profit in the afternoon to shorts, rinse and repeat all week, but as there will be a rush to the door to do this I expect it will cause the price to rally back to 30 fast with funds buying all and any to sell to the shorts at profit.

There are no free shares and the shorts want out. Just simply start buying and the price will rocket north.

A good play for a hedge or MM now is to buy everything on the open market up to 34 and hold to sell to the shorts at profit.

This is an easy play now from 20 to 32 over the next few days

The whole is bizarre, the review is saying cultural issues, but honestly what company has such a bad handle on the P&L of projects, it makes no sense which makes me think this is a managed collapse for insider's to make a mint of the rise

The whole thing is fishy, it really looks the BoD have ran the ship aground so they can steal the treasure, the whole bid from Sidara looks fake and grossly undervalues the business, considering less than a year ago they were offering 230, and in reality very little has changed.

Shorts work on known intel, and at the moment it looks like the price will go to 35 while in suspension as that is the price that Sidara have put in place and the BoD have recommended.

So really to maximise profits now is the time for the shorts to get out.

Secondly to that while in suspension it might turn out A) another higher offer. B) The accounts are not that bad meaning a price rise. C) another rival offer to a higher price.

The only thing that the shorts know for certain is that closing position now up to 35 is the best way to maximise known profit

Why does the whole Sidara set up feel like a plan by insiders to get the price down for them to load up ready for a rocket.

Have the BoD or major holders be working to cause the drop to make massive profits on the rise????

Wood BoD have played a wonderful hand, by getting Sidara to offer only 35 they will have to raise the bid or be locked out for 6 months!

The 35 offer is ridiculous and has now opened the flood gate to counter offers and lenders willing to save the company knowing the now know internal workings (Deloitte report and internal issues).
