I've had an email today from the legal group lawyers stating that they've been in touch with Ben Haim and he is updating the web site, so the site hasn't been hijacked by a scammer

I am now 100% convinced that this discussion board on Cloudtag is fueling the updates on the Cloudtag web site, and until people stop using this discussion group or LSE shuts it down, we'll keep getting endless "moving carrots on a stick" updates from whoever is updating the webpage. The "this is a legal requirement that has to be done by the 31st July", only to get another update to say that this legal requirement has moved, just proves this entire saga is a hoax. The updates will keep coming for the rest of eternity unless people stop discussing Cloudtag because the person won't have an audience anymore that they can exploit.

I've read some of the recent posts, and I thought I'd respond.

I have emailed the FCA and had some emails back and forth. They finally said that its out of their jurisdiction and they couldn't help and told me to try SEC in the USA instead.

I submitted a whistle blower claim on the SEC web site to ask them to check into Cloudtag since their web site frequently mentions that the client is US based. This program doesn't reply to whistle blowers, so I don't know if it went in the bin or its being acted on.

I have emailed contact@cloudtag.com on multiple occasions and not once have I had a reply

I've called the contact telephone number on the Cloudtag web site at a time when it would have been the working day in St Vincents and no one every picked up the call.

Personally, I think this chat room is keeping the updates live. If people stop using this chat room for Cloudtag it would stop fuelling the ego of whoever is posting the updates and causing people to comment in this group. Frankly, I think LSE should close this chat group on Cloudtag and when that happens I think all the updates will stop.

I have had dealings with the FCA about Cloudtag recently, but they concluded that they can't do anything.

I mentioned SB Corporate Finance Partners Limited to them since Amit is a Director for this company as well, but they said that the firm’s authorization with with the FCA ended on 23 August 2023. This firm can no longer provide regulated activities and products anymore, so they aren't registered with the FCA anymore.

The FCA has forwarded my concerns about the conduct of the company on their web site to the Market Integrity Unit in the Primary Market Oversight department for potential further investigation (in the FCA), because the updates on the Cloudtag web site are implying a USA connection. This department works with US regulators and EU authorities on issues that affect the markets to single out wrongdoers with arbitrage opportunities for misconduct

The update today (28th June) is just one of a long series of misdirection statements by whoever is updating the web site.

I intend to send a request to the Securities and Exchange Commission Office of International Affairs in the USA to see if Cloudtag has any US connections and whether they can get to the bottom if this fiasco as my next steps

Its been 2 years 7 months since the first press release about this 'deal'. The very first mention of a deal was in the press release dated 23rd September 2021 and the first press release about a financial "number" was the 23rd September 2022 stating a figure of $275m for the sale of the DaaP product. On the 2nd November we were told about a licensing deal for $50m that's part of the $275m deal.

On the 30th March 2023 then $50m was deposited in a Escrow account, so its been in this account for 13 months. Most Escrow accounts don't pay interest.

Since the 23rd Sept 2021 we've had 37 further press release updates including the latest on the 26th April 2024.

What hasn't clear for some time is what happened to the £225m (of $275m minus $50m) sale of the DaaP product? Is this dead, is it ongoing, what is the timeline for this payment....nothing.

I am convinced that we'll just see more and more updates without any resolution, and none of us will get a penny.

I've submitted the Cloudtag web site to Action Fraud and received a case number. I'll see if anything comes of it, but I gave them as much detail as possible including SB Corp details, Amit's UK company. This saga has dragged on long enough.

I don't have a Hargreaves Lansdown account, but I assume others do, so has any of with an account asked them about their shareholding in Cloudtag? They own 4.77% + 4.77% + 3.27% = 12.81% of the total shares in Cloudtag, so you'd think that would give them some level of access to the company. If they've heard nothing from Amit for years, then its fair to say that the web site is a scam. I just don't get why a scammer would keep up the pretense of maintaining the updates for some many years without getting bored.

After the first notification on the licensing deal on the Cloudtag web site on the 13th December 2021 (in the Press notifications) to the latest on the 4th April 2024 (2 years ~4 months later), I am literally lost for words for why anyone would drag this out for this long. This is beyond crazy if its not real, which I have accepted, but I still find it ludicrous. If its ego, then the Amit's ego is bigger than anyone else's on earth, and if its some kind of scam/fraud its one of the most elaborate and lengthy ones ever. If its fake (web site taken over by a scammer) this person is just as crazy to drag it out this long as well.

These updates are getting frustrating. Just tell us the agent details !

I made a joke post many months ago, that the we'd get an update at the end of March with the final one of the 1st April, and this is starting to go from a joke remark into reality with the latest update saying the 29th March

When a company closes down and has accumulated monies or assets then these need to be distributed to shareholders.

It could be that Amit is going through the public motions of closing the company and seemingly distributing funds to shareholders, while pocketing every last penny for himself.

I see many others have mentioned it, but as I posted a few times about Interactive Investor saying no, I have received a notification from II about Cloudtag, so it looks like the whole thing is real. I am beyond words and utterly surprised.

Interactive Investor has once again told me they've had no correspondances with Cloudtag as of today (15th March). They are aware of the web site updates as well.

No. It could be the last we see of the site. I lost faith with these updates a while back, where each one kept pushing out the deadline and never disclosing the details of the "Agent".

I emailed Amit at SB CORPORATE FINANCE PARTNERS LIMITED where he is the sole Director and asked him if the Cloudtag site was legit. He didn't reply, but now the site is down.

The dissolved CT Technology is listed under the active SB Corp on companies house & used to be linked to Cloudtag in 2016., so its the same Amit Ben-Haim that owned Cloudtag.

I've tried emailing sad calling the number of their web site, but to no avail, so I am surprised that others claim its worked.

Why is this company listed as the point of contact and not Cloudtag themselves?

Could this company be the elusive Agent that's mentioned in the updates?

I've tried again using Edge

and Chrome today

and I still can see the web site.

If you are wondering why these sentences are

short its because an AD keeps

and over in the middle of the screen

Can anyone get on the Cloudtag web site?

I get the impression we're going to get another delay and finally on the 31st March 2024, we'll get told the final update will be the following day.

I am highlighting that Cloudtag has been busy while they've been unlisted. Tech start-ups call it "Stealth mode" where you develop a product by keeping as low a profile about what you are doing as possible. The last thing you want to go is tell the World so everyone else can copy you. Cloudtag has been in stealth mode. They pop up now and again in reports, but the info is vague, on purpose.

I am just highlighting that they've been doing something and it's lead to the $275m coming their way.
