Well, if my prediction comes in earlier that will be great. I think like that so as to not get frustrated as Oil and Gas can take a bit of patience. I would rather get the best price for West Newton if flipped with testing and 3Ds. Wressle, *****tones will need FDP.
And of course Biscathorpe. Some say could be bigger than WN. So 18 months to me is a reasonable time .
