Time wise, yes it has dragged on a bit, but you can not dismiss covid in terms of getting the Dutch here and overall generally, plus having to reconfigure the EWT.

Leaks, not impressed either but, we move on. And with the Wressle squeeze, Royalties and West Newton proven up, every investor imo will be very happy with their return.

Coupled with the compensation won for Wressle. Having looked at the submission for the side track of Biscathorpe I would be very surprised if the planning professionals do not recommend acceptance and should the committee refuse I do not believe it will be on the grounds of anything that is permitted under planning law.
And will therefore be subject to appeal in itself and in my opinion if this were the case it would be another successful appeal and compensation awarded.

My point more was Mirasol, I would be interested in Ruth's solution to us all turning off our gas ovens or central heating in the next decade or two. Or even how she envisages us all driving electric cars and the practicalities involved. It is about finding a balance to net zero and Union Jack Oil's strategy and assets are strategically placed to take full advantage of this.

Let's say Wind turbines then. The vast majority of wind turbine components are built abroad, from the top of the turbine to under the sea, so therefore our economy is NOT benefitting. And how do you make the blades and components ? You would need a lot of fossil fuels to make all those steel blades.

I thought the protestors care about wildlife too. Wind turbines are responsible for the deaths of thousands of birds and bats.

And would you want to see massive wind turbines spinning from your house, because I certainly would not.
