Some Infrastructure on rigs was built nearly 30 years ago. The likes of Schlumberger and Baker Hughes and the drillers , service companies ...the talent is disappearing. Lots of these people are not coming back.

So with Oil and gas demand going ahead of supply ... how will this happen as the demand curve goes upwards...?
