If you listen to the #UJO interview carefully, we already had $200M worth of oil in the Ashover Grit reservoir.

This additional (conservative) oil is worth another $220M. That's 2.43M × $90/bbl

So, we've got £10M cash in the bank and 40% of $420M Ashover oil...

Undervalued.

I'd say that West Newton is being sold to a MAJOR player.
