Rathlin got in trouble because they made their self look like part of the Zero Carbon Humber project, which they are not. But you will not convince me that West Newton's gas would not eventually be used as feedstock in to Keadby / H2H in the next few years for blue hydrogen. That is why I believe a big player , an I go with Shell , would be first in the queue.

Some have been paid their dividends an others are still waiting bobrad.

Uniper has signed an agreement with Shell to progress plans to produce blue hydrogen at Uniper’s Killingholme power station site in the East of England. The hydrogen produced could be used to decarbonise industry, transport and power throughout the Humber region.

I see when Brent Crude rises above $80 per barrel you do not put that on this LSE board.

As for Rathlin's funding, I do not believe they would get this far without a cash plan for West Newton.

If I was Shell, who are big in to blue Hydrogen, I would buy in to West Newton when proven up commerically for the gas. You have Keadby an H2H both in the vicinity an getting on with blue hydrogen plans. Plus Aldbrough for the storage.

For me it is a no brainer.
