As a 55% holder, I would like to know why there was no urgency on Union Jack Oil's part to monetise Keddington when it was meant to have been drilled an not just site upgraded.

The plan was to drill the Keddington side track end of 2023 - probably start in the November

So in two months they changed their mind ?!

For the gas export would it not be small scale packaged processing equipment to get the gas to grid specification an then meter it ?

They are not large or complex pieces of equipment an routinely used in bio-gas sites ?

An why was Keddington not side tracked as planned for end of 2023 with permissions in place ?

This is an area where additional Government intervention by way of clear and precise statutory provisions would be most welcome.

Also, if Reabold had prioritised funding at West Newton it would not have been a nervous wait now to see if the worst is to come with decommissioning costs needing to be met by Union Jack Oil, Reabold an Rathlin if West Newton timing runs out or does not flow the gas.

The protestors are right up behind the operators too with their next move being another attack on fracking/proppant squeezing. Then the UK assets will be stuffed.

Please read through my thoughts I have posted over the last week to answer your questions.

The timing of the spud to RNS was suspiciously long. David never even commented which is very out of character. Their was hardly any content in the RNS regarding 'potential to be of major importance for Union Jack, several zones of interest, high porosity and elevated gas readings, major success subject to testing...' Very simple an bland.

Even Malcy's blog is very weak an flaky.

I reckon poor little David isnt having an easy time.

What with dealing with the embarrassment of the withdrawal of the resolution and now Sark just having hydrocarbons in a secondary target. The share price is constantly in a downward trajectory an you have to wonder where an improvement in the share price will come from. My guess it would have to be from a catalyst like West Newton being mobilised after Christmas for Rathlin to keep with in the NSTA deadlines of 30 June 2026 to re-enter, recomplete or sidetrack the existing well.

I cant see the half year accounts being pretty an note that Wressle will have been shut down whilst Mark has been fitting the new seperator.

I cant think Craig is very happy with this Sark result an his purchases being on losses too now. I wouldn't be drilling the Crossroads drill with a 40% COS just throwing more money at these gambles in Oklahoma.

David is clearly aware of watching the money now with his dropping of Sidoti for coverage of Union Jack Oil which I see to remember was in the region of £60,000 a year from my research.

I suppose you have to wonder if David will reissue the treasury shares with income options starting to dry up.

I was the biggest advocate of this company for a long time, and very much bought into Union Jack Oil's bright future an the promises made to us.

Trust, confidence an transparency are also very important.

When they break down there is no longer an investment case.

In the recent placing he bought just £15,000 worth of shares.

So a £708,333 profit overall.

That is how much he values buying in to this/his company.

What share holder value ?! Appalling statement.

What is clear from the release is that the two main targets Hunton and Wilcox appear to have not been hydrocarbon bearing. Of the three secondary targets only one, the Prue, appears to be hydrocarbon bearing and it appears to be just 14 ft thick. Swabbing might suggest it doesn't free flow to surface under reservoir pressure. This is clearly not a Moccasin well.It will be classed as a "success" in finding hydrocarbons but this is not likely to be significant in terms of production volumes and payback times.

I 100% agree with Pboo, it sounds like 'another' expensive dribbler in the USA.

David didnt even comment on the RNS which speaks volumes. Interviews have also stopped.
