Rathlin won't start moving equipment in to Newton in December.

So that gives them five months with no funding. no farm out, no rig reserved yet I doubt...

He just had a meeting with all concerned...so I take his word for it that Keddington is gonna be happening soon.

Now maybe we will not know flow rates till the new year but I will take that over nothing.
