Gas price should be ok this year providing we do not have a very cold winter or Norway pipeline to UK gets bombed, like Nordstream.

Winter 2024 is looking bullish for gas. I will be fixing my energy bills hopefully before then. I come off my fixed rate in August 2023 so was very lucky.

Gosh, I have a few emails from Mark an my impression was things are progressing very nicely an yes we will see some form of site action this year.

Pboo would appreciate the work involved here to get Keddington flowing an rates RNS'd. My guess would be March onwards of next year ?!

But you know, that will be more money in David's pockets an with the oil price going higher will translate very positively to us as shareholders on top of Wressle.

Personally I am more than happy with the assets David n his team have chosen for us for now.

Wressle is fantastic an HEYCO know this or they would not have parted with millions for Egdon.

But if you think about it the higher the oil price goes the more David's profits will increase. My thing is that there will not be any big drills till mid next year. That's my opinion. Probably lucky if we wheel in Keddington an make a start. Surely shareholders look for bigger dividend rewards coupled with buy backs...even if we are stuck with a below par shareprice

Fast forward to 2024 when we have gas to grid an increased flows from Wressle that should mean David is in a position to pay us bigger dividends combined with 'sensible' buy buy backs.

David's accounts should be impressive in 2024 as I can't see any major drills till end of next year now.

I tend to agree with Pboo that the balance of dividends V buy backs was wrong. Especially with the pre AGM spike that let the traders in. Hopefully this will not happen again. I mean if there was a valid legal reason for us being in a closed period then fair do's....but I personally would rather have taken a slightly bigger dividend. TheAimCasino sees rewarding me with divis as spunking it up the whatevers....Maybe he is not a shareholder.. 😲 ...lets leave it there.
