RE: Looks Like the Proposed Pershing Directors dont pass the Due Dilligence Test31 Dec 2023 09:02
You say Novykluk :
'There are many resons for reaching this conclusion. But one major factor (which is quite unsurprising when one learns more about Kamran Sattar), is the latest statement by Strand Hanson. What does it tell us? In a very polite and round about way, they have told investors that the proposed new directors do not pass their Due Diligence criteria! All investors should be very concerned by that judgement! '
I think you need to do some research an not listen to Strand Hanson whose services would no longer be required should Kamran win the vote. There is already a new NOMAD lined up so pure scaremongering in desperation. It is a shame that Stephen an Sachin, along side Strand Hanson did not jump before they are both pushed an go with dignity.
30th January please read this Love Hemp RNS :
“The Board is pleased to confirm external advisors conducted thorough and enhanced background checks on Kamran Sattar which he passed successfully to become part of the new Board. However, Mr Sattar is unable to take up the Board appointment currently due to other work commitments.”
There is no question that Kamran would therefore pass the diligence
You keep doing your research Novykluk but I can assure you that should Kamran not become the director of Reabold on the 10th January he will be back. Next time, as the failures become clearer, Kamran an his team will win even more votes as the negativity increases further on this board.
I am confident that Stephen an Sachin's days are numbered.
