if there has been a meeting with all parties present then minutes should be issued to all attendees with nothing to hide.

why sachin would not issue the minutes makes no sense an is very dodgy. listening to the brr interview sachin is bull****ting imo.

On the 13th November, you can see from the below texts, that when @kamsattar asked Sachin for the minutes of the meeting, Sachin suspiciously refused.
