Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
No idea why you think they are not yet profitable - I expect them to show a profit
I will continue to take a big interest in EBITDA. It’s a much more straight forward metric to understand and a good guage if in year performance.
Yep dhton - just like when you appeared in Oct 2022 trying to discredit the company.
Need i remind you want happened to the share price shortly after you posted???
Expecting a reduction in Sales sounds pesimistic?
They've said that they expect FY24 to remain a challenge, but iI would expect it to be better than 2023 with an easing in rates and a modest increase in confidence.
Dhton - I see you have decided to share you latest sutble deramp
It does you very little favours - I hope for your sake you are not in a role that requires running a business
You need vision to run a business. I can think of about 5 great opportunities for MMAG to pusue given what they are already doing. They buy and sell a lot of consumer tech that offets may lucrative opportunities IMHO that they do not currently do
Only if investors have sold their shares.
The progress and value of this business HAS increased over the last 18months significantly. It's achieving the potential, its walking the walk.
The SP will reflect that in time I have no doubt. IN the meantim I have no idea who/what/why is suppressing the share price.
Its only a matter of time - until the EBITDA annual run rate is in line of greater than the mCap.
Hold for Gold
It's been a frustrating few years as an investor in small cap stocks. We've witnessed some big gains on some very poor companies with no substance - and then see very good companies with genuine potential, making marked progress find it hard to attract investment
Hopefully as the market turns - things wil lchange and we see companies like Hemogenyx attract longer term investment. They are no flash in the pan, they have survived the last 3 difficult years and have emerged stronger; new state of the art lab and premises, 4 clinical candidates and on the verge of clincial trials
GLA
The trading performance and general growt hof the business has been faultless
The business is booming (pardon te pun)
Things I like:
- Revenue doubled 2 years on the trot
- Cash generative
- Not reliant on consumer confidence - it has been very successful in the Corporate Events space and is continuing to invest in this space. Corporate engagement spend is more stable and resilient. (IT recently hosred an big international contingent from Google including their Vice President

- It has grown at a great time - acquiring some great locations at great prices given the macro environment in recent years
- Performance powered by both brands
I have no idea why the share price has not reflected the performance of the business - but It will have to eventually and I'm happy to hold as long as it takes (And add at these levels without hesitation)
- It has created a fantastic people culture - full of ambition, pride and hungry
Lets give some respect to Robswire and let him explain his history and relationship with MMAG.
I note that he first posted on MMAG on 26th Sept 2022 (Share Price @ 16p )
Continued to post reasons why NOT to invest through Oct
His last 2 posts were:
26th Oct (Share Price @ 9.95p )
11th November (Share Price @ 16p )
He then went very quite until returning in April 2023 for a single post and then starting posting lots again in Dec 2023.
What happended to the share price when Robswire went quiet i hear you ask? It went from 16p to 46p
A very strange pattern - would you like to explain?
Robswire - would you like to share how your GDR investment went - you claimed to have bought when share price was c35p on 14th March. It then went on to decrease by 85% over the next 9 months.
(I wonder if the non-investors will show any respect and leave this thread to those who are invested here)
Hoping the "offer period" comes to an end soon and allwos the compnay to focus 100% on 2024 trading
I'd also like to see them better monetise their current assets + cross-sell into their existing custmomers
Robswire - I believe you are sharing 'insider information' or purporting to:
A few examples taken from your messages:
" The whole thing was carelessly orchestrated by Deloittes" (alluding to RNS)
"Now their banks are insisting on a sale and nobody is biting" (there is nothing in th public domain to suggest the banks are forcing or could force MMAG to act)
The other 2 i captured have seen been deleted by moderators and I wont be repeating them
PD101 - you are braver than me.
If it goes to 10p it could work for you - good luck
I am not that brave and have added between 19 and 10p - mostly between 11 and 13.
You never know when you an RNS might drop that could make a real difference here
Robswire - you are already on the radar on the FCA following my complaints
I suggest you be very careful with your comments - whether they are true or ficticious they could land you in a lot of trouble.
Mostly right although I would slightly revise your "one relatively small set of patients". I guess realtive to CBR, yes, but AML dasly affects a lot of people; for many of the adults who are diagnosed theyvery few (if any) clincial options to improve their outcome.
Moorscloud.
Phase 1 usually completed within 1 year.
It is the phase that tends to be most successful. I’m not sure it was ‘over 80%’
I think something between 60-80%
The chances of success at phase 1 are improving with things like AI and better pre clinical techniques, knowledge and checks.
I firmly beleive there are peripheral opportunities that ate imperative and I also have some good ideas how they can better monetise their assests
This business has proved before it can change.
ANy idea why https://simplywall.st/stocks/gb/retail/aim-mmag/musicmagpie-shares/news/this-musicmagpie-insider-increased-their-holding-by-451-last thinks Damian Hanson is an insider?
Fair enough Josey - I'm happy with that. Perhaps I did pick a bad comparison.
But - I can assure you that the number of handsets sold by Carriers has been in significant decline for a long time now. They certainly don't have the share that I think you believe they do... Less than 5m custonmers switch carriers per annum and about 60% of those customers do NOT take a handset. (So less than 2m new/refurbed handsets)
On top of that iI would estimate no more than about 8m handsets sold through carriers as part of customer upgrades.
So c10m handset (Incl new and refurbs) through Carriers would be my guess
I would expect at least the same again through retailers (Incl MusicMagpie, Mazuma, ebay, Apple, Amazone, Currys etc)
Robsweire - RNS are categorically NOT marketing documents
An RNS is a regulated disclosure of price sensitive information.
Robswire - treat US with respect
If you are going to post the statement "Now their banks are insisting on a sale and nobody is biting"
Show us your proof or evidence
I've pointed to evidence that the Form 8.3 from a new 1% shareholder is proof of interest
As is the big increase in the turnover of shares
Your posts are highly inflammatory and without proof I simply don't believe them. The RNS suggest very different - e.g. compliance with covenants and a growing business
Apologies, I meant no ill respect - but you can understand why investors are going to react negatively to your posts
"
"Bottom line is, it's a different business and the carriers really do still have the clout to capture device volume. Trade-in houses scramble after the rest"
I do not agree with this statment.
Handset sales account for significantly less that 50% of carrier sales
What you are saying is like saying "we buy any car" is going to lose out to p/x to car manufacturers. I don't know the numbers, but I do know that "We buy and car" and "motorway" get more than the scraps
robswire - give it up with your ficticious insults. Show the board "proof" that noone is biting. Show us Proof that the bank is insisting on a sale. You cannot - we just had a tradining update and the covenants were fully complied with. Do you think taht the MusicMagpie board are stupid- do you really think they would risk non compliance at this juncture.
In terms of nobody biting - did you not see the Form 8.3 with a 1% purchase by a successful, northern based entrepeneur.
Robswire - you are a lying pest and should be banned
