A helpful man called Snickers gave me this peice of advice the other day... "Look at the disclaimer on the share trades page - it says they often get it wrong. What often happens is that the spread might have moved by the time the Plusmarkets receive the trade price. So the trade might be a few minutes old but the spread is live and the LSE site (and others) works out which side of the mid price the trade is on to calculate whether it is a buy or sell. So if a trade a few minutes old is matching against a rising spread (or falling) then it is assessed against a new mid price and can often be distorted. As TMMG has been rising we can see this happening a lot and the sells are not sells but buys. hope this explains it - check the price against the spread and you can usually work it out for yourself." Not sure I fully understand it all yet, but working on it....

The haly yearly report is due in May. This has been backwards and forwards of around 8.5 > 10.00 for six months. Not honestly sure what to make of the last two RNS staements, though it is clear as we gingerly move out of reccession propert interests will steadily increase, with Wich being seemingly well placed. Hopefully we'll see a bit of substantially positive movement for a change in anticpation of these results.

I beak even on this one I'm off to find something more interesting to play with.....

Didn't some cut & paste an article from here earlier this week regarding the Tesco announcement. I'm sure I also saw a Deed of Sale or something. I checked the article out and it appeared to me to be genuine. Ok, the Tesco contract wasn't directly named in the RNS, though surely the Crains reporter cannot write complete unfounded conjecture without any basis. ... or can they...?

This is so much fun... I think the tide is turning....

though will keep an eye on this, and possibly get back in later if my nerves will let me.

I'm with you on that Mr Bassett.. They can be excused for raising money and dialuting the SP via the recent rights issue, as many others have done/are doing over recent times. I also agree asset values will steadily improve, particularly not long after Christmas. For the long term, I think property will again prove the place to be.

Thanks for your valued advice Michaelw and I know you'll be correct because I don't know what I'm on about, but.... the market cap is currently 95million with net assests valued at over half a billion (I did some research)..... I can see back when the sp dropped being dialuted overnight as you say. The figures don't lie and I know it's me not understanding properly.. but I'll get there eventually...

Wow..... I'm not sure I'm going to understand this....! I get the fact the share price times the shares issued equals the Market Cap (although I'm going to need a bigger calculater)... But...how do you monitor the M/Cap and how do you know when the M/C relative to all the other data available suggests the stock is worth buying....? Confused already...!!!!

Ok, so I'm new and I've a lot to learn, but seems to me this sp was over 225p three years ago. I know there's a recession and all that, but at under .09p isn't this share at a bargain basement price ready for the recovery when it comes... or is there more to this Company that I'm missing somewhere..?
