If you look at the example of NCCL four years ago, it announced on 11th. December 2015 that it was finalising a JDA that had been expected by the end of that year:

Richard Hackett has increased his FFWD holding by over one and a half million shares: from the 4,900,000 announced on 16.9.19, to 6,481,587 announced today.

So much for Chilston's claim just six days ago that there were no large buy orders:

It's worth remembering that BARK emerged from the shell company that was another Giles Clarke mining sector minnow: i.e. SMA (Sovereign Mines of Africa).
Which wrote its mining assets down to zero, declined from over 10p to suspension at 0.255p, and then delisted.

After the write down, SMA transferred its mining assets to Volcanic Gold Mines (VG) in exchange for 9.9% of VG:

Then in March of this year VG announced a consolidation to accompany a fundraising, just as is being speculated here for KZG:

Hopefully MILA will issue a statement to accompany its AGM later this month, commenting upon the company's recent progress.

This would be an excellent way to update everyone about the "extremely exciting opportunities" to RTO that are being negotiated.

An also an apposite way to confirm whether MILA's new strategy includes the technology sector, which it almost certainly does.

Either way, those shareholders that attend should find the experience helpful.

Exciting times here, and indeed it's hard to believe that we will ever see a better value shell opportunity than this:
• Market cap. barely a third of a million pounds (£359.6K. at 1.55p).
• Strong cash underpinning: £428,673 at 30th. June 2019, so the substantial value of the listing etc., including RTO upside, is 'in for free'.
• "Extremely exciting opportunities" to RTO being negotiated, with news expected imminently.
• Clear indications of a likely switch from resources for a RTO, with the technology sector a prime candidate.
• Main market listing, so no AIM delisting concerns.

A switch to or including the technology sector should be a substantially value-enhancing event here.
But the market hasn't really picked up on this yet.

And remember that it was a change of investment strategy to focus on technology that triggered YOLO's multibagging this Autumn, up about five-fold, c. 2.5p to c. 12.5p:

Within a year MMO had more than 20-bagged.

Very pleasant news: it certainly looks like the company is gearing up for a RTO, with a relatively modest fundraising only, restricted to existing shareholders by way of a rights issue etc.

A refreshing change that they are seeking to reward patient, long-term shareholders in this fashion, with what could be a bargain basement offering to accompany an RTO, though well above the current s.p. of 1.55p.

And with a good RTO, the share price can instantly double from the fundraising price.

Anyone not owning shares beforehand would miss out, both on the chance to subscribe, and the rise.

Hopefully the AGM will reveal more about the "extremely exciting opportunities" to RTO that are being negotiated.

MILA have been pursuing a new strategy, looking beyond the resources sector: this will almost certainly include the technology sector, and if that's the case then AGM should at least be able to confirm this.

There is one special resolution:

Rich doesn't sound like he was a holder of I3E to me, and he hasn't been posting about it either on here or on ADVFN.

And FFWD looks to me like it has broken out of its downward channel, having hit a very brief closing mid price low of 5.25p in mid September.

Furthermore, Rich's posts are among the most informative, insightful, and intelligent going, and I'm sure are widely valued.

I think that a pattern of rising bottoms is being established, which is underpinned by the massive discount to the last published NAV of 11.81p per share.

Which I expect to be increased at the forthcoming interim results.

I would think that we will be back to 8p to 10p by the end of December.

Latin America has a population of about two thirds of a billion, so this is a huge market.

And remember that FFWD currently holds 43.4 per cent. (on a fully diluted basis) of the issued share capital of Leap Gaming.

The terms bid & ask can be confusing, but I believe that the bid price is actually the lower of the two, i.e. the price you sell at:

It will be interesting to see if any of the positive investee companies news recently uncovered here will be RNSed by FFWD.
It's been nearly four weeks since FFWD's last RNS, which is longer than usual for this company, so we're overdue something.

At a discount of over a third to the last published NAV (11.81p per share) FFWD is back in real bargain territory, and looks a superb buy ahead of the next leg up.

And of course at this price it could potentially get taken over at a massive premium, which has happened to other stocks massively undervalued like this.
