Yes of course,as they see it as a threat .
That so much is being talked about a tiny Uk company speaks volumes.
“First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.”
Yes of course as they see it as a threat. They are not going to sit idly by.

"The efficacy of MED3000 is remarkable and approaches the efficacy of current first line therapy but with significantly lower adverse events. With topical application, it will be of particular appeal to patients who want a fast onset of action. Lack of drug interactions with prescription products will enable the product to be used with other medications such as nitrates and other cardiovascular drugs. It can also be used in conjunction with other ED products to improve overall efficacy to patients. As such MED3000 will be of great interest to the medical community.”

The Company is also pleased to confirm that the Co-ordinating (Principal) Investigator will be world-renowned Professor Arthur Burnett, MD, MBA, FACS, Distinguished Professor of Urology, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Brady Urological Institute. Professor Burnett is also a past President of the Sexual Medicine Society.
Professor Burnett commented: "In my humble opinion and as an expert in the field of erectile dysfunction management, I am very supportive of MED3000 and do believe that it offers an important and valid addition to the armamentarium of treatments we can offer our patients for erectile dysfunction. I am very pleased to support Futura Medical in the further clinical investigation of this novel topical treatment."
Does he seriously think he has more knowledge than the actual experts in the field like the above?
Get real.
I think I will stick with the world's leading urologists who see more dicks in a day than Liam can ever dream of in his lifetime.
These guys are on the front line and they are extremely impressed with Med3000.
Well carry on in your bubble then. You told everyone they wouldn't get EU approval.
You have been consistently wrong. Why did you change your name from Odyseus?
From that copy and paste he forgot the add the most important sentence
"The patent position for MED3000 is probably more secure than that of
MED2005."
You are wrong as the patent never had the exact final formula.
I think I will listen to the house broker who is plugged in, rather than some deranged individual
Oh and I reiterate what I posted earlier,to put to bed the nonsense being spouted by liambooth/Odyseus
Futura does have patent protection on Med3000 as per this from Liberum
"We currently assume that Futura’s patent protection on MED3000 expires in
2028 however the company has filed for additional patent protection that, if
granted, would last until 2040."
Remember it is easter weekend and the end of the tax year.
The really suspicious thing is the recent chain of events
Buys heavily outnumbered sales up until very recently. It is possible a market maker got caught short of stock.
Then the shares become a Sets stock.
Then this mysterious article appears in the USA,which basically regurgitates many previous discussions, however it was written in a very condescending way by an unnamed individual.Going against what all the experts have been saying about Med3000.
On top of that there have been repeated attacks on the co across multiple boards.
It seems rather orchestrated .
Meanwhile the co has passed through a major hoop, many were saying would never happen, with EU regulatory approval.
They also signed a collaboration deal covering China.A territory previously not even mentioned, which has brought in additional funding which will end up as equity.
Have received a number of initial offers for Med3000.
The reality rather different from what those individuals would have you believe.
I feel I must intervene here to counter the blatant misinformation Liambooth is posting.
