After all they kept selling higher and higher with huge order imbalance.
Have those shares they sold been obtained yet?
Looking at the volume history am not convinced.
Food for thought.
Or is he a market maker that got caught short 20 million plus shares when the price rose dramatically and consistently had buys outnumber sells by over 2 to 1?
Just saying
Indeed but when Viagra was launched there was no social media as we know it today. The internet was still in it's infancy.
With Viral marketing etc,the world is a very different place.
The other massive difference is Viagra was prescription only when launched.
It still managed $1 billion of sales in it's first year.
Med 3000will be straight to OTC,so it's target market is massively higher from the outset.
Here you go,it is even higher than I suggested.
This from Liberum last month
"We also assume a £2.50 per dose
price (wholesale) which is about equal to Viagra – an older, less convenient
therapy."
I seem to recall a figure of around £2.17 wholesale,so you are looking at a royalty of 43.4p a unit
Yes the numbers are massive even if Med3000 only does a fraction of what is forecast.
I actually think he should be reported for breaking the house rules. He is clearly trying to disrupt the thread.
He is now using threats against posters he disagrees with.
When posters start threatening others, they have lost.
Threats and intimidation are signs of weakness.

Commercialisation update
In conjunction with the regulatory processes, Futura has been working with retained specialised corporate advisers on active commercial discussions with potential licensing and marketing partners.
Following the Company's recent announcement of a Joint Collaboration agreement for the China and the South East Asia region, partnering discussions for other countries continue in line with the agreed process being managed by Futura's corporate advisers. The Company has now received initial offers from a number of parties and believes the EU approval of MED3000 will assist the Company in its objective of delivering long-term, sustainable value through the licensing of MED3000.
With regard to future deals there is likely to be a significant upfront cash and milestone payments.
If one looks back at Singer N+1 they had factored in the following
"£30m of EU milestones
and £60m of US milestones related to
MED2005, receivable across filing, approval
and OTC conversion."
The huge difference is the straight to OTC.

Futura Medical Receives Recommendation for Approval of MED3000 from EU Notified Body
Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM) ("Futura" or the "Company"), a pharmaceutical company developing a portfolio of innovative products based on its proprietary, transdermal DermaSys(R) drug delivery technology and currently focused on sexual health and pain, today announces that the EU Notified Body has successfully completed its review of the Company's Technical Dossier for MED3000 with a recommendation to certificate MED3000 as a Class 2B approved medical device. Once the certificate is received, Futura's breakthrough, topical gel formulation MED3000, will become the first pan-European topical treatment for erectile dysfunction ("ED") available without the need of a doctor's prescription.
The US will come in time,no worries.
Has anyone worked out what 20% royalties on peak sales of $1 billion would value the company at?
After all the value of a co is the net present value of future earnings.
Rather a lot higher than the current market cap
Furthermore the $1 billion peak sales estimate was again based on prescription only first in both the EU and USA.
The fact is EU approval means it goes straight to OTC so that will effectively make up a lot of ground from the USA until it gets approval there.
The other very important point is the $1 billion peak sales were primarily based on EU and USA sales.
China is a new market to factor in as well as the rest of world, including India where I suspect a deal will follow hot on the heels of the China deal.
The bottom line being the $1billion peak sales may prove extremely conservative.
Incorrect,Futura had alwasy indicated that whilst EU regulatory approval would be unlikely to require any further study, that was not the case for the USA.
The net result will actually be a far "Bigger prize," in that Med3000 will go straight to OTC,rather than prescription only for a couple of years.
Yes so this is an Ed expert that worked on Viagra.I think he knows what he is talking about.
Commercial deals will be the major catalysts.

I leave you with this comment
Professor Burnett commented: "In my humble opinion and as an expert in the field of erectile dysfunction management, I am very supportive of MED3000 and do believe that it offers an important and valid addition to the armamentarium of treatments we can offer our patients for erectile dysfunction. I am very pleased to support Futura Medical in the further clinical investigation of this novel topical treatment."

Now he is making threats
Oh dear,last chance saloon
Share price creeping higher.
Plenty of newsflow ahoy.
That liam/lbo/jonnybig/thebutler must be setting records for number of posts each day
Desperado.com
The last time there was such a concerted effort to talk the shares down, which involved the likes of jonnybig and the butler on advfn and some I wont name on here, the share price tripled.
The more aggressive they are the more bullish I become.
Ok so now you have confirmed that you are indeed posting as Lbo on advfn. You both presented the same article and the same pseudonym article. You both also posted at almost the same times.
So we have finally cleared that up.
You are showing your utter ignorance if you honestly belief the worlds leading ED doctors don't lnow the difference between a lubricant and Med3000.
It is so ridiculous that it's laughable.
As for your determination to find a smoking gun,you again fall flat. The co has updated it's wesbite from when it was FM57,so what? Med 3000 is a different formulation to FM57/
