Porky - Again, I agree, credit to the SH for not bending over

But as Oke has referred to, this BOD have a pitiful holding here so if it goes pop, they simply move on to another job

The SH here can’t just do that, some have lost life savings with no chance of ever getting it back. For that reason, principles aside, it would be best the company has a chance in the next 3-5 years to recover somewhat. IMO only.
