What % of revenue does EVR get from Russia?
Ocado only went from £10 to £28 under exceptional circumstances. Given the rise in interest rates and the cost of living "crisis" happening, i can't see why you think this will rebound any time soon. Can I see a dead cat bounce every so often? Of course. Can I see a sustained rebound? No. Once I know a catalyst for said rebound then i well reevaluate.
I have no doubt that the Rights Issue will be at a discount and whoever owns the shares have 2 options, either forward sell the shares if they believe they will be stuck with them (causing the SP to fall below the RI price) or hold onto them and maintaining the RI.
This could easily hit 2p if we pick the wrong investor.
BeastlyD, I'm actually failing to see where we disagree, the arguments you've put forward, like amigo stating they will significantly dilute in the last 6 or 7 RNS, no-one disagrees with that. You've seemed to have argued a point no-one was making in an attempt to win. Well done, we've beaten........um.......no-one.
Im not top concerned with the share buyback, SLP are mopping up any shares that sell through mm's, they give an order to their broker who asks about here and there and shares get filled in drips and drabs.
Regarding the q about a drop in SP once buying stops, potentially, but a fall in SP across indices has only been because of sentiment brought on by rising rates. Once sentiment changes then we'll see the opposite, however, the buy back is supporting the SP currently.
Craignews,
The RNS states something totally contrary to what you state.
The RNS states "Proposed temporary suspension of shares". If, like you state, trading has to be suspended then there would be no reason to propose suspension.
It's Amigo asking for the suspension, not FCA forcing the suspension.
Such a simple question but I must ask it: market cap is 238mm, we have cash of 138mm and we've made 37mm net profit in the last 2 quarters. Given the fundamentals why are we so undervalued? What am I missing from a fundamental perspective?
