It would appear from the announcement re the missing % that the company are trying to flush out the holder. In my opinion if the holder was aligned with the company then would the news have been announced? I think using BVI/AIM rules this news would have been incubated for a while. So what have we got going on in the background and as Eric been out manoeuvred? Only time will tell.
