forget that sickboy Is as culpable, if not more than ES and much easier to pursue having assets in the UK. This appears to be blatant, outright theft! ES will carry on playing his games for now, hopefully one day karma will prevail and his own greed (venom) will poison him. PP in my opinion is a much easier target from a legal point of view (cash/assets in UK) and no one is going to tell me he didn't have a clue what was going on. Lastly lets not forget the NOMADS legal responsibility in this fiasco. Remember that the banks thought they where bomb proof in the PPI debacle.

Not new, it was set up last year at the request of shareholders. It was answered for a couple of months then Eric mothballed it. Only resurrected in the last few weeks.

The name was Drongo, Ron for short. Very pleasant guy, you could leave your number with the office and he would ring you back then feed you all the new company B/S. Ahh the good/bad old days.

Also he as taken enough sick pay in past number of years!!

Potty could sort this out. It wouldn't make a dent in his stash. That is of course if he had any sense of decency about him and wasn't part of it. He could then pursue Eric. After all it did happen on his watch, Sick or not sick. I must stop dreaming that these people have a gram of decency within.
