We've all done the calculation of what a £1, £2, £5 & £35 divi would net us individually!

Hoping for the best but I would wager 99% of invested would insta deal at 50p divi if offered right now. I would be confident actually that many would happily agree to 30p or less and move on.

No deramp, been involved since just after suspension and have carried out 3 small top-ups at these recent lows.

Weirdly a lot of people invested here would love to get in or increase their position with GGP.

I’m maxed out currently but as current price id be confident of being 100% higher at some point soon. I’m jealous of people being able to pick up 100k shares for £8k.

Gecko deleted his account I believe.
I actually think all his top-ups were genuine not that it’s any of my concern nor business.
He always stated he had to the end of June I believe before he was forced to pull the investment. The top-ups all at a significantly higher price than current will be an issue if this doesn’t turn.

Here’s hoping for him and all invested we’re at higher levels well before June.

I’ll echo the comments about being a nice chap but you jump from share to share usually after a significant rerate.

Yup, that's a perfect way of putting it - something has to give.
If / when the geopolitical conflict cools as anticipated & hoped I reckon the doors of EUA will be getting chapped more frequently and vigorously with people looking for conclusion, whatever that may be.
On the positive though there simply cannot be any more jam tomorrow RNS's, it's outcome time. I just hope that's 'shortly'.

I think anyone who's been in EUA 2/3 years + has discovered new levels of patience as it's been tested regularly.

I also think it's time for the BOD to release as much info as they are possibly able. Sale & 'liquidity events' sound fantastic but I need to FEEL it and that's with an SP far and beyond where we currently sit. I can't imagine there's many pi who can afford to sit and wait an unknown amount of months / years.

A few days ago we were dropping in SP, rumours of directors unloading shares (unknown rumour to me), Russia / Ukraine conflict and pi becoming real jittery.

In the last 24 hours we've had a calming on the geopolitical issues, a no nonsense RNS from the bod and 25% gain from the lows.

None of us need to be comparing shaft sizes and point scoring on who's the best guesser. We're all in this to get a lovely return and improve our lives.

When we've been red for most days in the last month I'd expect the feel good factor to be flowing!!!
