£700K was due on Friday but has been put back to this week as with all other sub contractors who would have been notified last week

I’m no basher just a sub contractor, the two regions we work for both sent out emails last week.

Only saying what happening on the ground, we are waiting on payments of around £700k which is a worry,

Not sure if anyone has posted this but as a sub contractor to. Vistry who has 12 sites, our payment this month has not been paid and delayed until next week, cash flow is becoming a problem.

Why would a singe share be traded

In the last crash developers were stuck with large number of stock plots as the supply credit was taken away, we’re in different situation now and already seeing programmes be slowed to match the sales
