In 2015 they said it was a buy so I got a load at 47p. It then went down to 3p. Oddly enough I don’t follow them any more.

AFC have got the right partnerships and are now waiting for them to make an order. I wonder how much control they have over that process, other than working with each to satisfy their requirements?

The S as we assume it now will require a cracker but it looks like there is the possibility of ammonia direct cells.

I’ve not read through this fully yet, and may never do so may have got it wrong, but it could be something AFC are working on.

Seems like a perfect opportunity for AFC to use an ammonia fuelled product to tie in with the overall shipping and ammonia thing going on. Could it be an S? Could it be an cracker-less ammonia fuelled cell? I am confident (although of course not 100% certain) that we’ll be involved with E1, and it may be the timescales for the series work well with our timelines if the series will start later in 2022 given the prototype boat is only expected late this year.

Let’s hope they’re AFC chargers left behind at each race - the remote locations at least!

Their investment introduced data centres into the mix but wasn’t solely for this. You’d think the AFC offering will be fairly standard - it’s the interfaces between that and the various applications that will differentiate them.

Thanks Klunk - what annoys me is that people are saying it’s delayed yet we haven’t been told this, as we have with Acciona. That just stinks of negative agenda.

Perhaps any dates have been scrubbed due to the uncertainty the global pandemic has created? Would seem reasonable, although something to say that would also be helpful.

Negativity based on fact is understandable. When it isn’t it smells of recommendation fishing for some odd need.

What’s great to see is AFC getting their turn in the EE sun. Whether there are orders on the horizon I don’t know, but I’m going to remain optimistic there are until I know otherwise.

What a load of tosh Garonne. They have a couple of people supporting EE for each race that’s all. IT is also not going to let slip news of any pending orders so can only confirm the 2 we have out there currently.
