EO, nothings changed, spud delayed and retrace of oilles. Most have gone up strongly last couple of months so there was always going to be a retrace. DES, yes im fine on that one, worth a gamble but given the markets at mo im happier out. I think given the amount of leveraged stock, CFDs, Speads etc it does have a big impact and the city are making a killing on taking these people out. Put money out of DES back into GKP for now, up £500 ! already. Will hold EO and CHAR. Not in anything else. Sold SQZ (only small) at £50 profit.

my word the markets are showing us whos boss arent they. Alot of fear at moment .Probaly a good time to buy but think Im going to stay out for now. Sold DES this AM at 1.28, so about breakeven, was 4k up. EO still hold, saw that going down and thought not again! good time to buy it at 105 and i had the DES money but wont take the risk.

Morning, FIs gonna be volatile today! I should have been quicker and bought some more DES. Sold XTA long for £160 profit , i increased it at close yesterday as miners were well oversold. Looking at Barclays but think I'll wait.

XTA, when day or swing trading its good as its volatile big % up and down but with the liquidity of FTSE 100. barclays is a good one as so many trade it on charts etc that it often sticks to a pattern. Im watching and playing small to see if it works. You can only pick about 5 tops to do this or you just dont have time.
