I would say better than expected given share price today. I don’t think retail offering will be at a discount to today’s close.

The level of interest is really building in this share and translating into volumes we have not seen for years. It will make the share a lot more attractive and could really help revalue this share based on the elimination of liquidity risk that has plagued this share for years

Yes, from "certain" large shareholders, not all. To be clear, i'm a buyer here. Either the placing will get underwritten at about this level so their will be a relief rally once announced. Or, it will be pulled and management will find a way to push it as a positive somehow...

Yes, wouldn't be surprised if a couple of larger shareholders (Rockwood poss) didn't support the placing, hence why the fall today as they are clearly not in agreement with the direction of the company. I think once they clear then this should recover. Might be a little but of volatility until the placing is underwritten

Still good volumes which is nice to see. Shame that this share doesn't pop up on most leaderboards as a top riser/faller on LSE as that would help drive interest further

Good to see some interest and volume on this share for more than a few days. Perhaps if the price stays low that should help increase volume and reduce the excessive liquidity risk of this stock - which would be beneficial in the long run

ResearchAnalyst1 your calcs are not accounting for the royalty payments which is exactly why the share price is depressed!

I recently invested here too. I was surprised by the drop on the news of the drug approvals but the size of the royalty payments off the back of them, the small market cap and lack of cash generation seem to justify why some would be selling here. Broker Stifel issued a note post the news (in FT.com yesterday) recommending to sell saying just that as well as the fact that AZN saw a 62% revenue decline for Tudorza in 2018...

The market is unlikely to misprice aggressively post big fundamental news such as this. There is no doubt that this is a risky investment but I think its worth a shot

very strange. Perhaps the considerable drop in the closing auction was due to quarter end and funds having to sell some. Another possibility is the trigger payments on back of drug approvals and implications for shareholders...still slightly scratching my head though

Fair point although if the new financing terms are not announced until early next year you would have thought having a stock worth next to zero would not be helpful for new business between now and then...

Also featured on BBC Radio 4 this morning with the market expert saying the shares should trade close to zero this morning (assuming it is not suspended)
