I've just took another chunk of what was sold yesterday, that's 2 pieces of pie for me this morning. If I can sell some of my others in my Isa that haven't performed I definitely will as this is as close as you can get to free money. Just makes so much sense for me.

Mooching it's not a question of not understanding dilution, it's more the question of what you do with the $20 million dollars received. If it's put to good use it can and probably will produce significantly more than the supposed dilution effect that you speak of. In short you could get 3/4 times that amount given the increase in PGM's and possibly a lot more in the future. Obviously the BOD recognise this which is why they have chosen this option to generate substantial income.

Agreed Bumble option A is just not going to happen, option B is the most likely scenario based on what we know about the BOD, they have always said and stuck to their word that they would increase value in the company for the benefits of all shareholders (that includes the BOD) and I don't believe that is going to change anytime soon. You either trust the BOD or you don't and that's where I'm at.

I would just like to add that if a company is operating from a position of strength rather than weakness it's survival is more likely. It's less likely to be taken over by a cheap buyout and can also grow at a faster rate.

It can only be deemed devaluation if the status quo stays the same. If the money is used to enhance the company I.e Rosgeo jv then it's surely not devaluation because it builds value into the company making the whole investment worth much more. In essence not only are you building a stronger company, but you are increasing the value of the company.

No sorry Monkey I'll stick with Thursday as most of the significant RNS's have usually come on the said day. But if it's not Thursday I will willingly accept Wednesday, not worth arguing about one day. Best of luck to all shareholders whichever day it is. Gives me an extra day to top up.
