5 years ago Rolls Royce shares were less than 75p!

I've been watching this company for some time and have finally got some funds available but I can't buy them! Barclays says "there are no results matching your search". Not looking for advice just wondering how others are buying and selling SMIF

I couldn’t agree more. The final dividend is based on last years performance and results it should be paid! GLA

Could still be worth a punt though. Buy £1.5 or £2k, leave on the back burner and see what happens. All IMHO of course! GLA

Looking on the bright side, if this does drop to £4.50 (and they still pay the dividend) I will receive 8 or 9 new shares in my ISA through reinvestment. GLA.

No discount, just extra on board credit, phased, depending on length of cruise.

I thought that this had expired at the end of June! As someone previoulsy said, Barclays customers have until 23rd October to take up the offer. IMHO - and assuming good news - I think it will be worth taking up the entitlement.

i'm thinking of buying into CCL for the extra 'On Board Spend' allowance but i'm a bit concerned by these monthly fluctuations:

21/9/19 £50
30/10/19 £41.66
23/11/19 £46.20

People cruise all year round nowadays, P&O are well established and profitable, they pay a reasonable dividend

My initial purchase (in April 14) was at 3.45 through divi reinvestment now avereage 3.125. I can buy enough to average down to 1.88.
Question is: have i got the testicles to do it ?!!
I can't see it going bust but we didn't expect the banks to either !!

Oh well I'll keep watching maybe 1.29 is on the way.

I think I understood this correctly! As a broker Barclays aren't allowed to let thier customers take up warrants at any time. I dont think i've got that completely a... about face even though it sounds strange! .
This corporate action is saying that we can take the option now IF we wish. We wont lose the warrants if we don't, they will still be available until 30/6019. Further Corporate actions might be issued before June but definitely in June 19
