Issue of Equity 8 August 2013 Following the passing of the resolutions at the Class Meeting of the Company's Preference Shareholders on 24 July 2013 and EGM of the Company's Ordinary Shareholders on 19 June 2013, the Company has today redeemed all 1,028,075 outstanding Preference Shares through the pro-rata issue of 172,237,386 new Ordinary Shares and 1,883,912,614 Deferred Shares. An application has been made to admit the new Ordinary Shares for admission to trading on AIM with effect from 13 August 2013. Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 344,474,766 Ordinary Shares in issue.

...this is not about what Noventa lost any more... this is about a new company anyone buys shares now will be laughing when the price is up! i think noone would sell at these levels because most of the people sitting on huge losses.
