By voting NO we lost any chance of any recovery. I am almost certain action group is BOD's work... unfortunately it was a well thought plan we will never find out.

I just spoke to Zoe Percy, unfortunately she confirmed we will get nothing and this will finalise shortly she said. I have been saying voting no will get us nothing, now I can unfortunately say that this was true. However I have to point out one thing here... People who thought they were gonna get BHR BOD by saying no was actually help them get away free... AND the biggest help to BHR BOD was the "ACTiON Group"... duxi don't send me another annoying message, because you were conned by them just like everyone else.... so long suckers!

BHR shareholders will get any notification about the outcome... How does this work ? is there any time limit for admin process? I am wondering anyone has answer to those... I emailed Baker Tilly they don't even email back :( and Zeo Persey never on her desk!

BHRwhat is happening after no vote! 21 Dec '14 BHR action group asked everyone to Vote NO without having a plan following the NO vote... if there is a plan i guess time to enlighten us now! if there are no plans IMO i would be very doubtful about the real intentions.

I said it before i am saying this again. This website and action group must be something to do with BHR BOD. This website and action group was there to mislead people to vote no so we come to this inevitable position. I must say it was a success for those. People voted NO... you did it to yourselves... This is my own observation and point of view DYOR Ps: duxi Nobody should trust you or your words. As part of the Proposals, the Company is proposing to undertake a capital reorganisation of its issued Existing Ordinary Shares as shown on the Register of Members at 6.00pm on 25 June 2015. This will be achieved by undertaking a 1 for 11 share consolidation whereby the Existing Ordinary Shares become 0.55p new ordinary shares. These 0.55p new ordinary shares are then sub-divided and reclassified into one New Ordinary Share of 0.05p and one Deferred Share of 0.50p each.

not your machine, same here... I think LSE letting people down same happened with BHR cutting contact as soon they hear cancellation!
