It is good to see some more consolidation day with a very low volume today before another rise....meaning investors are holding tight waiting for the news..

Genel has announced that Chairman Steve Whyte who announced that he was stepping down in April is to leave now, he will be replaced as interim Chairman by Senior Independent Non-Executive Director George Rose.

I know Steve Whyte very well and there is little doubt that he has done a ‘transformational’ turnaround job at Genel with particular respect to the Receivable Settlement Agreement which transformed Genel’s financial position.

Steve announced that he was stepping down in April and has decided that the end of 2019 is the right time to move on as plans are in place for a very exciting 2020. George Rose is an exceptional, highly experienced person to step in until a permanent replacement is found and the executive board is first rate, I expect next year to be very good for Genel.”

The SP is looking very strong and consolidating after its recent massive rise.
On both sides of the exchanges is holding well. Looking to continue upwards movement in the coming days...All is good for today .
I hope some took advantage and bought in early morning dips!

Just bought back 8224 shares..@267.5

It is quoted over there with 15 min delays as 3.91 euro!
Volume just over 7000 shares but it is too early in the day..
Volatility is expected ..

No firework but increasing liquidity as stated before..
Dual listing does not increase share value...
Let’s hope the investors over there buy the shares in their loads ..this may or may not take place.

Share price fluctuations is an emotional thing if you consider the potentials here.
Deals will be coming but must be advantageous to the company future growth and shareholders.
Delayed good deal is far better than bad deal..
Patience is required and I added today to my holding taking advantage of the current drifting low sp.
Next week perhaps we might get some good news as the ceo did mention in his webcasting ...it takes-two months ...so next week hopefully...

As mentioned by other poster here about the the plan to file applications for breakthrough status in usa and prime status in Europe must point to-how confident FARN of their blockbuster products to achieve these approvals which in itself should push the sp much much higher when these filings are approved..
Must buy on volatility dips....as the more you look into it the more positive it appears.
I am pleased that I.leveraged up from 68p...105p , then 157 p last week..
I go a long with huge positivity by many posters here and far from ramping ,
These are facts.

Dual listing advantages....
increased liquidity
Increased investors broad numbers
Easier capital raise by companies
Increased analysts inputs

But dual listing is also more costly to companies with a burden of additional regulatory rules and governance.

Will the SP rise on dual listing?....looking at the recent and historical dual listing indicators are not necessarily so..though FARN share numbers are tight and may result on spike on the day due to increasing demands if it materialised.
I am more hopeful on FARN fda approval yesterday and expected partnership news and trials results than the dual listing.
IMO FARN has a great prospects/blockbusters with an excellent bod and ceo ...this is why I am investing in here.
Volatility in sp will continue next week but we are well underpinned with sp by the fda approval and sentiment/current momentum.

Yes I have experienced recently dual listing by ZOE and the share price in the states dropped on the first day of listing by a significant margins and haven’t recovered since!
This does not mean FARN sp might do the same...FARN has more news than the dual listing to look forward too..I must say that the sp has risen substantially in the last few days and I am closely watching the events in the next week which I expect to be volatile to say the least..

I read and read all the doj case and allegations....all are weak and hardly can be substantiated .
At worse scenario it will be a relatively small settlement so it is the reward/risk ratio here is very favourable.
Very undervalued and unloved..
Holding big numbers here..
