Company valuations are based on assets and growth..
Any Company Debts and weak current balance sheet are irrelevant when the company is managing them well.
Most Ftse companies carry huge debts but they are on the top valuations as they have rich assets and growth to support its debts and strengthen their balance sheet. The example of the second biggest oil company is Shell ...has more than $70b debts but considered one of the safest to invest..

IQA is solid with rich assets and growth with massive future prospects to generate revenue and profits. They have cutting edge technology that is in demand by a huge health industry .
The current sp is cheap and the future prospects is very positive and future news will only push it further upwards to reach its real valuations and not the current market valuations as if it’s still R&D company which is no longer the case as we have already moved to marketing our products and selling to generate revenues and profits. Their current multiple assets are winning awards in this competitive industry...
Even if finance raise is needed..it will be positive as it will be for expansion to generate more revenue and profits. This will be even more positive to shareholders..
IQA share price is currently underpinned by the sale of stronechecker and soon will see the deal details which I have little doubt that it will be very pleasing to us and the market.
The current market valuation is ridiculous and soon re rate.

The current deep cut in (sp/book value) is reflecting the krg shenanigans...otherwise the sp would have been well over 250p by now...on valuations only..
Geopolitics is a long-standing issue and already embedded in the current sp market valuations.
Gas prices are up by 30%+ in the last two weeks...you can figure out if positive news of gas was coming through in yesterday rns...
For now oil prices are leading in sp determination ...as long as no gas ..just imo
In conclusion We are at the mercy of the krg and oil price for now...

If you look from top down then the RNS looks ok but if you look at it from the bottom up then it’s not good.
As the market valuations are almost always based on future prospects which was not forthcoming in yesterday rns so the SP dived down.....sarta is jam tomorrow and gas uncertainty continues .
In Genl case at the current SP I prefer to value it from bottom up but its assets underground are hampered by the krg to be exploited to realise value and gas expansion is crucial and of course farming outside kurdistan is another important steps to do this but neither had happened but left in the air again!
Sarta is oil and in the 4Q and unknown quantity for sake of certainty to add acreage but this will not push the price very high in comparison to farming outside Kurdistan and gas exploration but we are now waiting to the end of the year at the mercy of the oil price and covid19 issues...
I have not sold any yet..But really was hoping on better news On gas and farming outside Kurdistan..

Bought by IQA for $68120 in cash plus 11 m of IQA shares (4p each then) so in total around 500k then now after approval (with Wolves heard a rumour selling it for 400k)...Wolves that makes you talking and posting nonsense .

Then we have motif with Iclaprim ready for the last one more trials for more data to get approved and be marketed in a desperate health needs for a new Antibiotic with the current hundreds of thousands die every year due to bacterial resistance to the existing available Antibiotics..

Okey guys..you figure what the RTO worth in reflecting in our share price..
