You omitted important point that Canmax holds over 13.4% of the company’s shares ,that’s over 3 billions shares and surely wants to make a deal to promote Prem and see SP rise rather than sink PREM and lose $millions of their investments here…unless they are stupid enough to inflict self harm to themselves and Canmax shares!

The deal must be to help Prem finance and avoid dilution of their share value to help themselves at the same time…

The sp at this level is ridiculously cheap for Prem prospects and increasing free cash flow in the next few months..

The last two raise were at much higher sp with no dilution in Canmax share holdings as it was at .925p and not at the current low SP which means massive dilution in their share value in comparison to previous recent two raises..

I think the raise would be a disaster to Canmax which holds 13.4% …at the current sp!

The raise is the last resort for Prem to contemplate In circumstances of no agreed between the two parties and that in itself is a distant possibility..

Canmax owns 13.4% of equity plus millions in pre payments for the product…

How anyone think a raise is good for Canmax…silly and illogical.

Canmax wants the SP to rise and make big profits plus the product they have already paid to Prem.

The market today voted positively for the sp to rise in a significant manner…

All scenarios put by the negative posters and the few who wanted a raise to get in cheaply were pushed sideways ..

Prem current sp is still a bargain and whatever agreement takes place between Prem and Canmax must be in the benefit of both parties and can’t be imbalanced …

Canmax relationship with Prem is very clear by pre payments for goods to be delivered on agreed timeline but it’s not a loan or collateralised to any of Prem assets…

GR didn’t seem that bothered by Canmax position after missing the timeline and reiterated that a choice for them to wait and get hold of the product they desperately wanted or others would fill the space if they walk way..very reassuring.

Also he put the deal with them like pre payment deposit for a new car and never is a collateral or a loan ..

You can’t get better reassurance than that..

Glad I loaded more shares today..

The scale of investment in the infrastructures built so far is very impressive..

Zim unemployment rate is 50% but that dropped to 10% in the towns where Prem has already employed to better their life there.

The new housing built for villagers to move into are far better living standards from where they were living near the mine area..

Zim government backing to improve its world image to welcome investment in the country that’s desperately needed will not allow Prem to fail.

The commodity Prem produces is in short supply and desperately sought after…

Chinese Canmax has invested big here and will no way walk way..

Others in the west were looking in for sure at any opportunity of weakness from the chinese to step in and get hold of this commodity..

So everyone needs to relax and this company will flourish in big way …

Current sp imo is a bargain and even if it dips ..it will recover sharply..

I am invested here with confidence and looking at the 6-12 months timelines..
