So why bother is the point I'm hopelessly trying to make? This is a new company with an sp behaviour similar to many on the barmy aim. It will either deliver or not and news will be released as the board deems necessary or appropriate. The share price is the share price.. Not having a pop, just think its better to accept our powerlessness excepting the ability to buy or sell. That's me lot.. ;-)

Perhaps I am wrong. (a common occurrence) however, for clarification then a question for you. If MGM gave me information about the business that was not available to all shareholders would that be acceptable to you ?

Why would it make any difference if a CEO spoke to anyone at any time or occasion. I and many other PIs cannot afford to go to these investors forums. There purpose is not to give privileged business information. Investors make decisions on duly published and written data. I believe the alternative is illegal. MGM is spot on ignoring personal e-mails and the like.. In my very thick and humble opinion
