Sounds and smells wonderful stealthy. Bobtree, when I was a teenager me an me kid brother used to go carol singing. I was then a competent trumpet player and our kid had a lovely voice and angelic face.. we made a fortune including Xmas eve.. like 10 bob a house!!

It’s a nice fresh morning here mate, had a short walk on the beach, got all the meat for Xmas and have been sitting on a stool chopping kindling.. big pot of tea and buttered muffins :-))

There was a time when I hated all the junk mail our postie used to bring.. now I ask him for any spares envelopes to help get the kindling away... funny how things turn out

Should be planted (from seed) every year and left till it’s second winter before using as the flavour is massively enhanced.. again you can do this in two large planters.. you don’t have to grow from seed, most supermarkets sell herbs for cutting and there are normally thirty or so baby plants in each one.. simply transplant into the soil of compost..
