He is a very focused and genuine leader. Its takes someone with quite unusual qualities to get something as diverse and demandingly complex as this set up to where it is today devil. I studied him closely over the last 4 years.. he gets thing done, he’s not perfect and has needed to have and use flexibility to keep the wheels turning.. but he’s done it, he doesn’t just talk the talk, he walks the walk.. stil plenty of work to do, but on he goes, one step at a time.

Sounds and smells wonderful stealthy. Bobtree, when I was a teenager me an me kid brother used to go carol singing. I was then a competent trumpet player and our kid had a lovely voice and angelic face.. we made a fortune including Xmas eve.. like 10 bob a house!!
