Software platforms are not cheap. A squad of say 15 highly skilled developers on a six month contract will cost about 2 million, that’s only one bit of the growth cost. Purplebricks have just tried (and fell over) going for rapid expansion.. I hope the bidstack executive look deep and hard at what’s needed to take this vital step. It’s very exciting but so easy to fail.. my guess would be they are spending this holiday weekend working on the details of the development plan and costings. I wish them well.
