Never seen a BOD recommend an offer that is totally inappropriate to the the level of expectations this BOD and in particular JC have led shareholders to expect. JC should have commented in the RNS. He is perfectly entitled to do so . He has instead just recommended it. No reason why? No big problem to stop the growth ? If there was a problem ESY will find it in Due diligence.... ! IF in fact DD is actually happening..
