Keep a look out for new RNS's issued entitled "Block Listing of Shares" which give details of new shares that are to be issued every year. It's also worth noting the monthly figures given in the "Total Voting Rights" RNS issued on the last trading day of every month which detail the number of shares in issue at that point. If you click on the "Lloyds live RNS" tab at the top of the page if gives a history of all RNS's issued and links o access them.
