It is CW but this share price means taking way too much money through to results. I've got tabs open on two storey flats in plush regency seafront townhouses to buy and other tabs looking at dank one bedroom out of town bedsits to let. Which is it going to be?!
Sorry not trying to catch you out, yes that's the sort of speculation I support between the hours 08:00 to 16:30. Thanks for keeping to your word so far this morning Scinv :)
I very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very nearly sold a chunk at £12 the other day but got greedy. How well that would have turned out now grrr!
RE: 22 million kits used globally28 Jan 2021 08:00
can someone remind me how many tests are in a kit? ************** I can assure you she didn't mean kits, as in 96 x tests. That would make 2.11 billion tests sold !

That isn't the point Welsh, the point is with things like this you either go in hard and early or you don't bother at all. Dithering will lead to the worst of all outcomes.
As Abbot is one of the biggest companies in the world it's not possible to directly compare but let's say for interests sake we did. 100 million in first three quarters then 300 million in Q4 is probably something like 25 million Q2, 75 million Q3, 300 million Q4 (Q1 neglible). Extrapolating that across to our Q2 of €72m would make €210m Q3 and €840m Q4.

I used to think Scinv might be an academic and even possibly RM's ex but I can't imagine a classy man like Richard would ever let someone like Scinv into his pants, even under the influence.

Can we all just agree when talking about price to drop a zero to keep Scinv happy? It will make for a far more harmonious bb and when it comes to valuation we can just mentally stick the zero back on...
I know what you're saying Org (before you say I don't! but the point you're missing is that on the most part we don't know when news is going to land. Monday's news could have been followed up with a pre order from the states for example, you'd have been silly selling on news in that instance, eh?! So yes there's a general trend of fall on no news rise on news but unless you're working for the company you aren't going to know when the news will land. It's rather easy to look back on it with hindsight...
