Maybe the price is not set in stone like the RNS said, when that was released the SP was .14 not .22

Are we just waiting for name change before new SP ?

I have three different account with LSAI and the all show different numbers , I thought it would just open with new share price

If shareholders are to be aligned should it not be on worked out on the share price on the day

They will play with the SP until mid February it will then be .2 and then consolidation time

The Company currently expects to publish an AIM admission document (the "Admission Document") in respect of the Proposed Acquisition by the end of January 2024 at the latest, following which point the Company will seek the restoration of trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM.
