At the start of the presentation he said something strange, "a little bit about me and my background I think maybe I have a few more months to tell you about my background, I do lead business operations at Location Science which I will tell you about, but my background is 15 plus years on the agency side"

I have listen to it a number of times could be nothing or maybe a takeover by Horizon or Nigth Market would explain SP rise.
