They would have settle debts however chapter 11 would give them time and a good bargaining chip settle for something otherwise you get nothing.

The point is they can Apply all the pressure in the world to cine, but nothing can legally touch them when are they in Chapter 11 you can withdraw from it when you are ready and it will be like it never happened

I filed Chapter 11 30 years ago when my business had some financial difficulties, it’s a very simple process , you just get a lawyer to file or you could do it yourself it cost hardly anything to do, it keeps everyone and thing off your back, nothing can touch you while you are in this process, it amazing protection when times are hard, three months later the tide had turned for the Business and my lawyer withdrew the application for Chapter 11 and I have not look back.
There nothing bad on the Business because the process wasn’t completed, so there are two parts to chapter 11 and in between those two parts nothing can touch you and it doesn’t cost you dollar Good old USA design to help business and the individual when you are in a tight spot it a breathe in space gives you time to get it together.
All of America understand the system And millions upon millions use it to survive and fight another day.

At the end of the day it will take as long as it takes, I feel reassured that there big money, whole family and very successful entrepreneurs are invested here now waiting for the best and right opportunity.
